Development, build-up and management of our ‘Experience Strategy Unit’
Strategic consulting with senior marketers, with a focus on experience strategy, and digital and analog innovations
Development and implementation of future-oriented experience marketing formats and concepts for our customers
Challenge and innovate existing live marketing formats
Partner and consultant for our clients, with a focus on their marketing objectives and challenges
Develop exceptional customer experiences and customer journeys
Customer engagement and development; promoting our consultancy and experience marketingprojects
The development and expansion of our partner network
University degree in economics, communication and/or marketing
At least 5 years of professional experience in a consulting, strategy, communication oragency experience
Leadership with a great passion for our business, industry, and our customers
Interdisciplinary orientation with convincing presentation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, innovative idea generator, a challenger
Proven experience of international projects and project management, preferably inexperience marketing
Digital affinity or well-founded know-how required
German and English speaking. Knowledge of French helps
